Wayne Hill, 67

Wayne Hill, 67, of Shelby, died Sunday, December 18, 2022.

Wayne was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Hill, and was a son of the late Charles W. Hill and Addie Green Hill Medford. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Dale Hill; his stepfather, Ransom Medford; and his father-in-law Leonard White. Wayne was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and retired from PPG.

He is survived by his son, Dusty Hill of Lattimore; his brother, Alan Hill and his wife Barbara of Shelby; his mother-in-law Glenda White of Shelby; his sister-in-law Lisa McMahan of Shelby; his sister-in-law Donna Hill; and 4 nephews, Alex Hill, Ryan Hill, Austin Hill, and Skyler McMahan and his wife Lexi.

A Private Graveside service is planned for the family at Drury Dobbins Baptist Church Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice At Wendover, 953 Wendover Heights Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
