Scott R. Morrow, 86

Scott R. Morrow, 86, of Forest City, died Sunday, March 6, 2022.

Scott was the widower of Wilma Ruth Morrow, and a son of the late Arthur and Myrtle Haulk Morrow. He was also preceded in death by his son, Mark Morrow; and a daughter, Terry Lynn Morrow. He worked at Florence Mill until his retirement and served in the National Guard.

He is survived by his daughters, Latisha Champion and her husband Ronald, and Rachel Alley and her husband Ricky, all of Forest City; his brothers, Paul Morrow of Greenville, SC and Dr. Dillard Morrow of Rutherfordton; his grandchildren, Brent Morrow, Brittany Schlutow, Harley Morrow, Dylan Champion and his wife Mackenzie, Ryan Champion, Sean Champion and Alisha Alley Ledbetter and husband TJ; great grandchildren, Lila Lynn Champion and Kody Ledbetter.  

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Eternal Hills Memorial Park. The Rev. Ronnie Robbins will officiate. The Rutherford County Honor Guard will render Military Rites. Pallbearers are Dylan Champion, Ryan Champion, Sean Champion, Ben Flynn and Bryson Lail.
