Roy Blanchard, 56, of Forest City, died Wednesday, April 28, 2021.
He was the son of the late Roy and Ann Carver Blanchard. Roy was a member of Adaville Baptist Church and worked the last several years as an electrician with McCurry Electric.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Blanchard; 2 stepsons, Eddie Loomis and his wife Chelsea, of Forest City, and Tim Loomis Easton of Nags Head; his sister, Marcia Rose and her husband Wayne, of Locust Grove, VA; and his brother, Mark Blanchard of Springfield, VA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Adaville Baptist Church. The Rev. Jeff Pate will officiate.
