Robert Allen Whisnant Jr., 76

Robert Allen Whisnant Jr., 76, of Boiling Springs, NC, died Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Atrium Cleveland.

He was the son of the late Robert Allen Whisnant and Alpha Martin Whisnant Douglas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Bailey Bostic. 

He is survived by his sons, Robert Allen Whisnant III and his wife Amanda, and Joshua Allen Whisnant, all of Ellenboro, Keith Ryan Whisnant and his wife Amy, of Bostic, and Jason Heath Whisnant  and his wife Anna, of Weaverville; his brothers, Joseph Whisnant of Ellenboro and Phillip Whisnant; his sister, Lynn Whisnant Parton of Florida; his grandchildren,  James, Samantha, Aaron, Kaitlyn, Jared, Elizabeth, William, and Elizabeth Mary-Anna; and his great grandchildren, Wrenley and Paislee; and a number of nieces and nephews. 

The family planning a private service after cremation.
