Pastor Anthony Van Dyke, 47, of Bostic, died Sunday, July 19, 2020.
He was the son of Mary Causby Van Dyke and the late Troy Van Dyke. He was also preceded in death by brother, Jeremy Van Dyke. Anthony was co owner of D2 Powersports, and was the Pastor at Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jill Brooks Van Dyke; his 3 sons, Specialist Andy Van Dyke stationed in South Korea, Zack Van Dyke of Bostic, and Chance Storey of Shelby; his 2 daughters, Kayleigh Van Dyke of Bostic, and Cait'Lynn Crotts of Fallston; and his maternal grandmother, Edith Causby of Bostic.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church. The Rev. Brian Melton will officiate. The burial will follow in the Walls Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Robie Causby, Wesley Sanford, Jason Causby, Dorian Borne, Danny Patterson, Brad Moore.
Anthony will lie in state from 6 pm until 9 pm Saturday at Caroleen Congregational Holiness Church for those who wish to come by and sign the register book.
