Mr. Mitchell Allen, 72, of Bostic, died Sunday, March 16, 2014.
He was the widower of Linda Suttle Allen, and son of the late Nollie and Freida Smawley Allen.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle McAlpin of Conover; two sons, Gary Allen and Wayne Butler, both of Fallston; a stepdaughter, Loretta Jones of Forest City; a stepson, Charlie Flynn of Forest City; two brothers, Danny Allen of Polkville, and David Allen of Casar; there are nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, March 20, 2014 at First Broad Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Toney will officiate.
The Visitation will be from 5 pm until 7 pm Wednesday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
