Martha A. Street, 77

Martha A. Street, 77, of Ellenboro, died Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

She was the daughter of the late Robert and Gordia Armstrong, and was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Michael Street. She was a longtime bus driver for the Rutherford County School System, and a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Manley Street; her daughter, Anita Street of Ellenboro; and her sister, Shirley A. Earley of Sandy Mush.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:30 pm Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Toney will officiate.

The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following the graveside service.

Martha will lie in state from 8:30am until 12:30 pm Sunday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
