Mamie Ellen Beaver

Miss Mamie Ellen Beaver, 82, of Hollis, died Sunday, September 14, 2014 at White Oak Manor, Shelby.
Mamie was the daughter of the late William Tom Beaver and Perida Deyton Beaver, and was also preceded in death by her siblings, Mafrie McGinnis, Henry Beaver, Martha Beaver, May Beaver, J.B. Beaver, Mary Hubbard, and Clarence Beaver. She served as Minister on the Apache Reservation for many years, and attended Forest City Foursquare Church.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Big Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Ricky Poteat and Rev. Everett Priddy will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Pallbearers are Wayne Beaver, Todd Beaver, Travis Beaver, Henry McGinnis Jr., David McGinnis, and Justin Hubbard.
The Visitation will be from 5 pm until 8 pm Tuesday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
