Linda Houser Greene, 70

Mrs. Linda Houser Greene, 70, of Ellenboro, died Sunday, December 10, 2017 at CMC Cleveland.
She is the daughter of Vernie Houser of Henrietta and the late W.C. Houser. Linda and her husband operated Greene's Upholstery, and she was a member of Big Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Greene; her daughter, Carole Brooks of Rutherfordton; her son, Matt Greene of Marion; her 2 sisters, Kay Towery of Henrietta and Sue Dale of Morganton; her 2 brothers, Ronnie Houser of Hollis and Donald Houser of Forest City; she has 6 grandchildren, Bobbie Hodge, Jaira Harrill, Robert Greene, Taylor Greene, Molly Greene, and Dillon Greene; and there are 6 great grandchildren, Lux Hodge, Moxie Hodge, Ayla Greene, Lexley Greene, Brayson Greene, and Lily Greene.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:30 pm Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Big Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Paul Scott will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Daniel Turner, Michael Turner, David Harrill, Ryan Hodge, Jerry Brooks, and Clifford Toney.
The Visitation will be from 12:45 pm until 2:15 pm Wednesday in the church fellowship hall prior to the service.
