Lester Green, 83

Mr. Lester Green, 83, of Bostic, died Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
He was the widower of Dorothy "Dot" Green and a son of the late Alan and Mattie Green. He was also preceded in death by a son, John Allan Green; his 3 sisters, Wonnie Hester, Frances Deaton and Nell Ryan; and his 2 brothers, Jim Green and Bob Green.
He is survived by 5 daughters, Kim Tasker and Sherry Dickerson, both of Bostic, Christine Rhinehart of Spindale, Rita Dixon and Lisa Locust of Lincolnton; his 5 sons, Bud Green, Scott Green, and Ricky Green of Lincolnton, William Green of Blacksburg, SC, and Billy McElduff of Bostic; there are 40 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday, February 23, 2018 at the Cooper Springs Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The Rev. Danny Camp will officiate.
