Larry Toney, 51

Larry Brady Toney, 51, of Shelby, died Sunday, February 28, 2021.
He was the son of Brenda Andrews of Forest City and the late Larry Toney. Larry was an avid hunter, and enjoying shooting competitions, especially 3 gun shooting and was the Match Director for Walnut Grove 3-Gun.
He is survived by his wife, Terry Toney; his stepdaughter, Jennifer Dixon of Bostic; his stepson, Tyler McCurry and wife Savannah, of Polkville; his brothers, Alan Toney and wife Cathy of Sunshine, and Andrew Toney of Chicago; his sister, Marissa Toney of Forest City; his grandchildren, Chloe Dixon and William Brady McCurry; nephews, Alan II and Alex Toney; cousins, John Toney and his wife Sherrie, and Jennifer Helton and her husband Kevin; and special cousins, Victoria Chapman, J.D. Toney, Brock Helton, Preston Helton and Chip Helton; his aunts, uncle, and numerous cousins.
The Funeral will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Mt. Harmony Baptist Church. Alan Toney and the Rev. Jerry Vess will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers are Alan Toney II, Alex Toney, Tyler McCurry, J.D. Toney, Preston Helton, and Brock Helton.
The Visitation will be from 4 pm until 7 pm Wednesday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.
