Kenny Bowers, 59

Mr. Kenny Bowers, 59, of Golden Valley, died Thursday, August 3, 2017.
He was the son of the late Artie and Irene Bowers, and was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Sandy Grund and Brenda Smith, and 2 brothers, Gary Bowers and Michael Bowers, and a nephew, Jeffrey Bowers. Kenny was a plumber by trade, but would always drop what he was doing to help anyone with plumbing issues.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Bowers; his 2 sons, Devin Bowers of Golden Valley, and Shane Bowers of Roscoe, NY; 6 brothers, Jimmy Bowers and wife Cheryl, Bucky Bowers and wife Colleen, and Chris Bowers, all of Roscoe, NY, Jeffrey Bowers, David Bowers and wife Patti, of Livingston Manor, NY, and Bobby Bowers and wife Moira, of Salisbury Mills, NY; 2 sisters, Anna Mae Husson and husband Chuck, of Roscoe, NY, and Dawn Zweck and husband Jim, of Durham; 2 brothers-in-law, Alvin Grund of Ferndale, NY, and Scott Smith of Livingston Manor, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, August 7, 2017 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.  The Rev. Sam Burleson will officiate.
A Memorial Service will also be held in Roscoe, NY at a later date.
