Joe Bailey Bostic

Mr. Joe Bailey Bostic, 83, of Bostic, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014.
He was the son of the late Con and Nora Frady Bostic. Joe was a member of Sunshine United Methodist Church, and was a retired farmer and textile employee.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sue Campbell Bostic; three daughters, Jane Green and her husband Buck, Susie Epley and her husband Jerry, Kay Whittemore and her husband Mike, all of Bostic; there are two sons, Conley Bostic and his wife Janice, of Bostic, and Joey "Joe Boy" Bostic of Rutherfordton; there are 7 grandchildren, Andy Green, Darrell Bostic, Melissa Lyles, Heather Hutchinson, Dwayne Epley, Derrick Bostic, and Brandon Price; there are 10 great grandchildren.
The Funeral will be conducted at 3:00 pm Friday, January 17, 2014 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Rev. Tony Moreau will officiate. Burial will follow in the Sunshine UMC Cemetery. Pallbearers are Andy Green, Darrell Bostic, Dwayne Epley, Derrick Bostic, Brandon Price, and Aaron Hutchinson.
The Visitation will be from 1:15 pm until 2:45 pm Friday at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church prior to the service.
