Mr. Jerry Dean Owens, 78, of Bostic, died Friday, July 24, 2020.
He was the widower of Jennifer Brown Owens, who died in 2019, and a son of the late Byron and Jennie Mae Owens. Jerry had retired from the Forest City Post Office. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church and had recently been attending Avondale United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his brother, Danny Owens of Bostic.
The family will hold a private service for Jerry with burial in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.
