James Ledford, 76

James Samuel Ledford, 76, of Rutherfordton, died Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

He was the widower of Linda Ledford, and a son of the late Glen and Opal Green Ledford. James had worked over the years at Stonecutter, Mastercraft and Wal Mart. 

He is survived by his son, Brandon Ledford of Rutherfordton; his brother, Cecil Ledford of Rutherfordton; and a host of cousins.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 5:00 pm Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home. The Rev. Danny Ledford will officiate.

The Visitation will be from 3 pm until 5 pm Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
