Horace Spencer Bradley, 76
Mr. Horace Spencer Bradley, 76, of Ellenboro, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
Horace was the son of the late John and Verdie Mae Bradley, he was preceded in death by 2 stepsons, Melvin Neal Bradley and Roy O'Dell Bradley. He was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church and had retired from Stonecutter.
He is survived by his wife Doris Deviney Bradley; 2 stepsons, George Bradley, Jr. and Michael Bradley, both of Ellenboro; his sister, Betty Jean Hargett of Rutherfordton; his 3 brothers, Frank Bradley of Virginia, Grady Bradley of Salisbury, and Calvin Bradley of Rutherfordton; there are 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
The Funeral will be conducted at 1:00 pm Monday, July 24, 2017 at Mountain View Baptist Church. The Rev. Wayne Toney and Rev. Clayton Hartsell will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Michael Bradley, George Bradley, Michael N. Bradley, Spencer Bradley, Ron Hayes, and Wayne Deviney.
The Visitation will be from 4 pm until 6 pm Sunday at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
