She was a fine example of a Christian lady and served her church and community wherever she was needed. She was well known for her friendly smile, welcoming nature, and good cooking.
Family was very important to her and filled a big part of her life. She enjoyed small gatherings, as well as, family reunions and celebrations. She was a loving wife, caring mother, and devoted grandmother. She was always there for us.
Faye and her husband, C.C., were married for 65 years. They always enjoyed traveling. Over the years, they had many road trips, bus tours, camping trips, cruises, and visits to family and friends near and far. More recently they simply enjoyed an annual trip to North Myrtle Beach in the fall. Time was well spent with family sitting on the condo balcony, eating seafood, and playing dominoes.
