Edward J. Gallant, 76

Mr. Edward J. Gallant, 76, of Bostic, died Sunday, July 19, 2020.
He was the son of the late Gerald and Etta Gallant, and was also preceded in death by a son, Robert E. Gallant. He was retired from Elmwood Sensors in Pawtucket, RI and was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Edward was an avid camper, and was a member of the Good Sams Family Motorcoach Association and the Bussing Buddies Association.
He is survived by his wife, Ann D. Gallant; his sons, Steven Pariseau of Maine, and Jeffrey B. Gallant, and Richard J. Gallant and wife Tracy,  all of Warwick, RI; his daughters, Patricia A. Russell and husband Tom, of Gastonia, Lori-Ann Gallant-Heilborn and husband Charles, of Jacksonville, NC, and Lynn Butler and husband Robert, of Glocester, RI; a daughter-in-law, Jeanne Gallant; there are 17 grandchildren, Brittney Gallant, Sarah Gallant-Ventura, Jamie L. Johnson, Alissa Herschel, Jarrod Gallant, Courtney Gallant, Adam Reno, Alissa Reno, Jessica Gallant, Edward Heilborn, Valen DelBonis, Alexandria-Ann Dean, Christopher Gallant, Emily Gallant, Dylan R. Butler, Devin L. Winkler, and Kyle R. Butler; there are 14 great grandchildren.  
The family is organizing a private service.
Cremation service is being provided by Washburn & Dorsey Funeral and Cremation Service.
