David Wayne McCann
Mr. David Wayne McCann, 58, of Terry Road, Ellenboro, died Sunday, November 25, 2012.
He was the son of the late John Frank McCann,Sr. and Dorothy Eartle McCann, and was also preceded in death by three brothers, Donald C. McCann, Robert McCann, and John Frank McCann,Jr., and a sister, May Smith. He was a member of Rutherford County Traffic Control for 20 years and was a Methodist.
He is survived by his wife, Donna McCann; his daughter, Christine McCann; a grandson, William Turner; two brothers, Peter McCann and his wife Irene, of Ellenboro, and Thomas McCann and his wife Rosa, of Bayonne, NJ; five sisters, Carol Mitchem and Violet DoSantos, both of Ellenboro, Dorothy Wegman of Gilkey, Patricia Lucia and her husband Tony, and Elizabeth Gancia, of Bayonne, NJ: several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral will be held at 7 pm Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home. Deacon Andy Cilone will officiate.
The Visitation will be held from 5 pm until 7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
