Cynthia Renee Brackett, 48

Ms. Cynthia Renee Brackett, 48, of Bostic, died Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Hospice of The Carolina Foothills.
She was the daughter of John H. Brackett, Sr. and Carolyn Ramsey Brackett of Forest City. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Crawford Ramsey; and her paternal grandparents, K.J. & Lois Brackett. She was a member of Cooper Springs Congregational Holiness Church, was a 1988 Graduate of East Rutherford High School, and attended Davidson Community College.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Caleb Bauguess and Brandon Bauguess, of Lexington, NC; her brother, John H. Brackett, Jr. of Rutherfordton; her maternal grandmother, Bertha Ramsey Hutchins of Forest City; her special friend, Dan McCurry; and her niece, Rosa Shook.
The Funeral will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Cooper Springs Congregational Holiness Church. The Rev. Monty Monteith and Rev. Allen Terry will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Chris Haulk, Anthony Haulk, Rodney Freeman, Michael Freeman, Jeremiah Earls, and Travis Gurley.
The Visitation will be from 1:30 pm until 2:45 pm Saturday at the church prior to the service.
