Amy T. Williams, 68

Amy T. Williams, 68, of Rutherfordton, died Monday, July 4, 2022.

She was the daughter of the late Sunshine and John Wilkes Tedder, Sr., in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Catherine Tedder Arndt and Mary Evelyn Tedder.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Williams; her daughter, Mary Catherine Ewart and her husband Blake of Ellenboro; her son, Mark Williams of Wilmington; and her brother, John Wilkes Tedder, Jr. and his wife Gail, of Forest City; there are 3 grandchildren, Abby Ewart, Hudson Ewart and Brett Ewart.

The family will have a visitation from 2 pm - 4 pm Saturday, July 23, 2022  at Grace Covenant Church in Cornelius.

A visitation will be held from 2 pm - 4 pm Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Washburn & Dorsey Funeral Home.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Serenity House, 110 Centre Church Road, Mooresville, NC 28117, or Joyland at Grace Covenant Church, 17301 Statesville Road, Cornelius, NC 28031, or Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
